Power Plus Foundation (PPF) is a women led non-Government Organization which focused on empowering, protecting and building healthier futures for women and youth in Tanzania by addressing critical issues related to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) & family planning, women and youth economic empowerment, gender-based violence (GBV) and mental health.
Through innovative programs and advocacy, we work to ensure that people are informed and empowered to make choices about their sexual and reproductive health, achieve economic independence, and live free from violence. We also emphasize the importance of mental health support as a vital part of overall well-being, advocating for greater access to mental health services and removing the stigma associated with mental health issues.

Power Plus Foundation (PPF) as a non-government organization aiming to improve the well-being of women and youth by providing resources, education, economic opportunities and protection from violence has effective management and staffing to ensure that organization fulfill its vision and mission and create long lasting positive change.
Board of Directors: PPF has 5 board members, where 3 of them are women and 2 are men. The board offers guidance, ensuring that organization is accountable and that its activities reflect its values of Team work, innovation, accountability, integrity, diversity and protection of rights.
Executive Leadership: PPF has management team of 4 members whereby 3 are women and 1 man. The leadership team is led by an Executive Director, it provides vision, strategic direction, and oversight for the organization. They are responsible for aligning the organization’s activities with its mission to empower and protect women and youth.
Staffing;Currently, the organization has 5staffs full time paid staff. However we have been engaging volunteers regularly.
